Benos was the self-proclaimed leader of the pirates of Domos, although he was a subordinate of Velis. He captured Kerr Avon, believing him to be a survivor of a crash, and took his teleport bracelet. This was a short lived victory, however. During the subsequent slave auction, Nebrox stole the bracelet from Benos. Mere minutes later, Benos was shot and killed by Avon.
