Stark undergoing dispersal
Dispersal is a method of execution employed by the Plokavians against criminals. The victim of dispersal is placed in a chamber, and his or her molecules are separated. Energy beings, such as the Stykera of the Baniks, are capable of reconstituting themselves after dispersal. For purely corporeal beings, however, dispersal is always fatal.
