Felor was a well known and respected trader on the planet Kanvia. Rygel XVI attempted to trade with her for chromextin, though she needed approval from the Security Director in order to give them the large amount of chromextin they required. When Ka D'Argo threw the Security Director into a wall, Felor withdrew her offer.
