Bixx was a Peacekeeper technician stationed at the Gammak Base. He was conducting upgrades on the Aurora Chair to maximize its power outage when Gilina Renaez interrupted him, asking him to put the double cabling on-line. He set about this task, leaving Gilina alone with the Chair.
He is presumed to have died in the destruction of the Gammak Base.
