Jessica was an "astronaut groupie" in the simulated version of Earth used by the Scarrans to break John Crichton's mental defenses, who had the same appearance as Chiana. Crichton was introduced to Jessica by Gary Regal at a bar. Jessica proved to be wild -- and grew wilder as the hallucination became more twisted.
