Kleeva is a rank in the Luxan Army, used to designate a field officer. Kleeva could lead small squadrons or units in battle and it was often said that "Kleeva had the brains" in the Luxan military.
By the time of the Peacekeeper/Scarran War, Ka Jothee had earned this rank. He was, at that point, the youngest Kleeva in Luxan history.
