Mu-Quillus was a mercenary hired by the Patriqu-ro to lure Leviathan biomechanoids to their death using radiation emitted from a siren star. Over the course of his career, he had destroyed 83 Leviathan biomechanoids in this manner -- and killed their crews.
On one such Leviathan, Mu-Quillus encountered Sierjna and fell in love with her. Though he could not save her life, he trapped her soul between realms and held it there until Talyn began to be lured into his trap. With Stark onboard, and determined to free Sierjna's soul, Mu-Quillus entered a desperate struggle against Talyn's crew. Mu-Quillus' efforts to strike a deal with Stark ended in disaster, when he was shot by Talyn's internal weapons and killed.
